Our Story

It all started in the summer of 1997 when Cesar was 18 and the newbie in small family owned concrete company.  From that point on, he embraced his construction talents and the rest is history .

Meet the Owner

Cesar started HD ConcreteWorks in the summer of 2006.  Things got off to a rocky start as he carefully navigated through the great recession of 2008-2009, but managed to make it through his rough start.  He is graduate from the University of Southern California and devoted husband and father to two beautiful twin daughters.
